You will need to use the one lun and get additional information.
=20
enter into the nfxsh while in diag mode.
=20
issue these commands in this order.
=20
-> scsi open DGC_D7CBP51_0
-> scsi inq DGC_D7CBP51_0 0
-> scsi inq DGC_D7CBP51_0 0x80
-> scsi inq DGC_D7CBP51_0 0x83
=20
Send me back the results.
=20
What you have here is the case where we can not see a supported device
type, and in that case we only allow access to lun zero.

Subject: case #4150 EMC CX300 LUNs

Customer issue

I've been trying to add LUNs from our EMC array to the NAS, but I can
only get one LUN to show up. I currently have two LUNs in the storage
group with the Bobcat: #5 (100GB), and #6 (30GB). #5 usually shows up.
#6 never has. I've rescanned the SCSI devices and LUNs dozens of times.
If I take #5 out, the device disappears from the SCSI list as well as
the LUN list. Also, I've had #5 not show up a few times as well.

=20

EMC FLARE version and SP firmware are both noted as 2.16.300.5.012.

=20

Updated to firmware Onstor 1.3.3.5 -- tried "scsi discover device all",
"scsi discover lun all", "lun rescan all"... still no change.

=20

Saw that sfinfo shows=20

NAME              : DGC_D7CBP51_0

VENDOR            : DGC

MODEL             : DISK-Unsupported

PRODUCT ID        : DISK

TYPE              : DISK

=20

Is this model unsupported customer stating that he has EMC CX300 and a
Hitachi backend storage and with the Hitachi all luns are seen

=20

Any advice would help thank you
